3jili Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 3jili ("3jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 3jili online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 3jili.org and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access.

To register for and use the 3jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 3jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 3jili Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

To access the full features of the 3jili Platform, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 3jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 3jili is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 3jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Account Currency: All 3jili accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

3jili reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 3jili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 3jili account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 3jili immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your credentials have been compromised.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must not access your account using automated scripts, bots, or any other non-human means.

3jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• GCash
• Maya / PayMaya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, issued by a Philippine bank)

The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱5. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods or accounts that do not match your verified identity.
• Processing Times: 3jili aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment account that is not registered in your name, is strictly prohibited.
• No Money Laundering: 3jili is required by Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to report suspicious transactions. Deposits that cannot be matched to a legitimate source of funds may be frozen pending investigation.

3jili reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional documentation, or delay processing of any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

3jili offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. 3jili reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it determines that a player is attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and other specified titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per hand. Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated activity with other players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

3jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, 3jili's decision shall be final and binding.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 3jili Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game and shall be read in conjunction with these general rules:

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 3jili system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity issue will be void and any amounts deducted from your balance will be refunded.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 3jili reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Void Bets: 3jili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Winnings: Winnings will be credited to your account balance immediately upon the settlement of a game round or event. Winnings derived from void bets or erroneous payouts will be reclaimed by 3jili.
• Sports Betting: For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are subject to the rules applicable at the time the bet is placed.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 3jili's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live baccarat, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by 3jili.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 3jili.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 3jili account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 3jili staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 3jili Platform or its underlying software.

All content on the 3jili Platform — including but not limited to the 3jili name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, user interface designs, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 3jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 3jili.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the 3jili name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 3jili's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to comply with your security obligations under Section 4.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 3jili's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or government-mandated shutdowns).
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or other information displayed on the Platform, provided that 3jili takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

3jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account dashboard. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: You may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once this limit is reached, you will be unable to place further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting 3jili customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: You may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during your current session.

3jili reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behavior, even in the absence of a player-initiated request.

3jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 3jili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• 3jili is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 3jili reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 3jili customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3jili Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact 3jili customer support and provide a written description of your complaint. 3jili will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days.
2. Escalation to PAGCOR: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over disputes involving PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operators in the Philippines.
3. Judicial Proceedings: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, either party may bring proceedings before the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 3jili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

3jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by:

• Posting a notice on the 3jili Platform homepage or login page;
• Sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number; and/or
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
